Select Sires reserves all rights, claims and remedies, including rescission, afforded it under the law, for any failure to follow the foregoing prohibitions; provided further that if any male bovine offspring results from actions taken in violation of the prohibition on reverse sorting and re-sorting, the male bovine offspring may not be used for commercial breeding purposes.
